1. Core Commitment to Digital Inclusion
Social Outdoor Living is firmly committed to ensuringdigital accessibility, inclusivity, and usability for all visitors, includingindividuals with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We believethat everyone has the right to navigate the digital world with dignity, equality, and independence.

Our ongoing objective is to conform our digital propertiesto the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 at theConformance Level AA, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).This standard serves as our primary guide for digital accessibility enforcementunder Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

2. Current Accessibility Status and Remediation Roadmap
We recognize that achieving full, comprehensive digitalaccessibility across complex enterprise web platforms is an iterative, ongoingprocess. Our digital properties are currently undergoing an evaluation andtransitionary remediation period. To ensure full transparency and demonstrateour good-faith dedication to compliance, our multi-phase optimization roadmapincludes the following:

Phase I: Automated Scaffolding (Completed / Active Baseline) – Deployment of     auxiliary assistive technology interfaces and automated scripting to resolve immediate, low-level behavioral conflicts.
Phase II: Comprehensive Audit – Human-led testing leveraging keyboard-only     navigation protocols, screen-reader software (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), and programmatic syntax evaluation.
Phase III: Source-Code Remediation – Refactoring native HTML semantics, restructuring interactive components, eliminating keyboard traps, and     hardcoding robust ARIA architecture.
Phase IV: Continuous Governance – Implementation of ongoing code reviews and automated integration testing.

3. Utilization of Assistive Technology (AccessiBe Widget)
During this transitionary period, Social Outdoor Livingutilizes the AccessiBe automated accessibility application as a supplementary,front-end interface tool. This widget provides our users with an immediatesuite of customizable UI/UX adjustments, including specialized profiles forvisual impairments, cognitive adaptations, ADHD-friendly focus parameters, anddiscrete motor adjustments (such as contrast shifting, font scaling, animationsuspension, and text magnification).

While this automated solution provides immediate assistancefor everyday user customization, Social Outdoor Living explicitly acknowledgesthat external software components do not serve as a permanent substitute forunderlying native source-code compliance. Consequently, we are prioritizing themanual structural remediation outlined in Section 2 to resolve any deep-seatedaccessibility barriers that automated layers may not fully reach.

4. Formal Grievance Procedure, Alternative Access, andLegal Safe Harbor
